8:34Now PlayingDame Diana Johnson has told Sky News that she doesn't accept that Labour broke promises about changes to the inheritance tax for farmers.
She says the chancellor had to make some "difficult decisions", and that these have to be taken against "the backdrop of an inheritance" of a "£22bn black hole in the public finances".
However the policing minister recognises the "very strong feeling" amongst the farming community, and says "they absolutely have the right to come and protest, to make their views clear".
