as posted by the channelTory leader Kemi Badenoch opened her questioning of the prime minister by quoting the chancellor who said earlier this week that she will not need to raise taxes or borrow more in future.
She asked him if he would repeat that pledge.
Sir Keir Starmer replied: "We set out our position at the budget, it was just set out.
"We're fixing the foundations, we're dealing with the £22bn black hole that they left.
"I'm not going to write the next five years of budgets here at this despatch box."
