Speaking exclusively to Sky's Yalda Hakim, Qatar's prime minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani said a deal was "90% there" and he was cautiously optimistic it could be pushed over the finishing line but it required "maximum pressure" on all parties.
The minister also said Mr Trump's election presented "risks and opportunities" in the Middle East.
