Labour's Sarah Sackman said children who are homeschooled like Sara Sharif would be the focus of an independent safeguarding review to make sure they're being "properly" looked after.

The courts minister says "we've got to do that to avoid this tragedy in future" and the review will take into account "the whole system" and "every single agency" - from police and councils to schools and courts.
