Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi welcomed their second child on 22 January at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, weighing 4lb 5oz.
In a social media post, her father said: "She is tiny and absolutely perfect."
In a statement, the palace said: "Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of the Royal Family have all been informed and are delighted with the news."
