The UK defence secretary has refused to say whether Britain should go along with Donald Trump's demand to raise defence spending to 5% of national income.

Several times John Healey refused to answer the question put to him by Sky's Defence Editor Deborah Haynes.

He was speaking at NATO HQ following a conference to discuss the war in Ukraine.

The UK currently invests 2.3% of GDP in its military.
