He signed an executive order overturning a move by his predecessor Joe Biden to phase out government purchases of plastic straws, as well as plastic cutlery and packaging.
Sky's Martha Kelner asked people in LA what they think of Trump's order and visited a plastic straw factory where workers are celebrating the "happiest day".
