She says she finds it "extraordinary that someone can claim their salary from their prison cell when their job is to be here in parliament representing their constituents" and "the government needs to look at this."
Ms Atkins also outlines Conservative plans to reverse inheritance tax measures immediately, and Labour "cutting and pasting" Tory ideas on the Crime and Policing Bill.
