The elderly man is believed to have been the attacker, but it is not clear how he was killed.
According to Israel's Magen David Adom emergency service, four people were injured in the attack at a busy bus station on Monday morning. Eli Bin, the agency's head, also referenced reports of gunfire, though these have not been confirmed.
