Work and pensions secretary Liz Kendall announced the eligibility criteria for disability benefits will be narrowed, including tightening restrictions for the Personal Independence Payment.
Speaking to Sky's political editor Beth Rigby, Ms Kendall does not rule out further benefit cuts and says she is "cross" about the state of the welfare system.
