12:26Now PlayingIndia's high commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, has urged Pakistan to stop attacking India's military facilities as a way of ending the conflict between the two countries.
"If Pakistan stops hitting our military facilities, the matter ends there," he told Sky's Yalda Hakim.
Mr Doraiswami also said there was no evidence Chinese-supplied Pakistan jets had shot down Indian fighter jets.
India attacked what it said were "terrorist targets" in Pakistan this week in response to a terrorist attack in India-administered Kashmir.
