YouTube Description
as posted by the channelSir Keir Starmer has confirmed the government is "in talks with a number of countries about return hubs" abroad for migrants awaiting deportation.
The prime minister described them as a "really important innovation" as part of a drive to crack down on illegal migration, but refused to say which countries the government is in discussions with and where they might be located.
His comments came at a joint press conference with Albanian PM Edi Rama where Sir Keir hailed a new "enhanced strategic partnership" between the two countries, designed to deter illegal migration and boost cooperation in defence and security.
