3:20Now PlayingSky's political editor Beth Rigby has accused the prime minister of "not putting your money where your mouth is" after he announced plans for the government's Strategic Defence Review.
"NATO says members should commit to spending 3.5% of GDP on defence by 2032, but Labour are not even committing to 3% over the course of the next parliament," she added.
"What is your choice? Is it properly funding defence, or is it reversing winter fuel cuts and lifting the two-child benefit cap?" Rigby asked Sir Keir Starmer after the PM promised to increase defence spending to make the UK "battle-ready".
