Ministers are considering measures to cut industrial energy prices by around 20%, bringing them in line with prices in Europe.

Its forthcoming industrial strategy, which is due to be published on Monday, could also extend support for manufacturers to help with their soaring bills.

Sky's Paul Kelso visited a ceramics factory in Portmeirion, to investigate how much industrial energy prices have soared since the pandemic, with the UK now having the highest industrial energy prices in Europe.
