World markets seem "relatively sanguine" despite oil prices rising in early trading, following a threat by Iran to close the Strait of Hormuz, according to Sky's Economics and Data Editor.

The country has suggested it could close one of the world's busiest shipping routes - in which 20% of the world's oil passes - in retaliation for US air strikes on its nuclear sites.

But Ed Conway says the markets are "not anywhere close to panic" at the moment.
