5:38Now PlayingAnti-IDF chants at Glastonbury "put people here at risk" a top Conservative MP has told Sky News, after the prime minister condemned "appalling hate speech" at the festival, which was broadcast by the BBC.
Shadow work and pensions minister Danny Kruger described the comments, by rap duo Bob Vylan, as "just some idiot in a field" but said they "affected the security of people in the UK" at a time when Jewish people already felt "besieged".
On the subject of welfare reform, Mr Kruger went on to say the Tories are "prepared to support" the government if Labour goes "further by introducing genuine reform" but that the party is waiting to see what the government comes out with.
