as posted by the channelHM Chief Inspector of Prisons, Charlie Taylor has said the justice secretary needs to come up with an "action plan about what they're going to do", after a prison in North London was placed in special measures.
HMP Pentonville, in Islington, was found to have illegally detained 130 prisoners, out of 560, beyond the length of their sentences because of backlogs in calculating sentences.
