Glasman said, "The issue is that my party has, for years and years and years, considered any criticism of immigration to be racist... to be fundamentally wrong, and so you've got an absolute misalignment between the deep concerns of communities and government."
He added, "Why are we so weak in relation to the French? Why can't the French control their own border?"
