David Solomon, chief executive of Goldman Sachs, told Wilfred Frost that Brexit and changes to the industry meant "talent that was more centred here is more mobile".
Speaking ahead of a meeting with the prime minister, he urged the government to follow "a more growth oriented agenda" if ministers wanted London to remain attractive to bankers.
