3:40Now PlayingYusuf Nazir's mother Soniya Ahmed has hit out at the "failings" in the health care system after her son died after being sent home from hospital because of a "lack of beds".
She said: "Despite begging for help at every step, including Rotherham (Hospital's A&E), the GP, and Sheffield Children's Hospital, we were faced with repeated rejection and delays from healthcare professionals.
"The failings we faced during this critical time led to the unimaginable and the traumatic loss of our child."
