6:25Now PlayingOnly the strongest individuals and criminal gangs are getting aid in Gaza due to an aid delivery system that is "utter chaos", according to a Norwegian aid boss.
The Secretary General of the Norwegian Refugee Council, Jan Egeland, told Sky News Israel had implemented something akin to the "Hunger Games" in Gaza, a reference to the dystopian film series where the rich watch teenagers fight to the death to survive.
He said last week's aid drops were a "photogenic" attempt to reverse Israel's "starvation policy".
He went to accuse Prime Minister Benjimen Netanyahu of being surrounded by "extremist men" and a "Settler mafia".
