2:28Now PlayingFamilies representing the victims of two of Scotland's highest profile murder cases have urged the Scottish government to deny parole to killers who refuse to reveal where they hid their victim's bodies.
The plan has been dubbed "Suzanne's Law" and is named after murdered Edinburgh bookkeeper Suzanne Pilley, whose remains were never found.
It would see murderers kept in prison indefinitely unless they disclosed the whereabouts of those they killed.
