3:23Now PlayingCouncils across England are considering launching their own legal actions after a district council in Essex secured a High Court victory temporarily blocking asylum seekers from being housed in a hotel in the area.
Epping Forest District Council's injunction to prevent migrants staying in the town's Bell Hotel could become a blueprint for others to follow suit, starting just a few miles away in Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, where the council leader has already sought legal advice.
This week's decision could still be challenged in the courts - but with the numbers of migrants arriving increasing, and community tensions rising, the pressure over immigration across the country seems close to reaching boiling point.
