The Archbishop of York has criticised Nigel Farage for an "isolationist, short-term, knee-jerk" attitude towards migration.

Stephen Cottrell told Sky's Trevor Phillips the Reform UK leader was not offering a "long-term solution to the big issues which are convulsing our world".

Mr Farage announced last week his party would deport anyone arriving in the UK on a small boat if he was voted into power, although he later said that did not include women and children.

Watch the full interview on Trevor's programme on Sunday morning.
