The US president has denied writing the letter - which features a drawing of a woman's body, and is signed by him - and is suing the Wall St Journal over the claims.
His spokeswoman, Karoline Leavitt, again denied the legitimacy of the note after it was released.
Lawyers for Epstein's estate sent documents to the House Oversight Committee after they were subpoenaed last month.
Democratic members of the committee then posted a copy of the alleged letter on X.
