Israeli strikes on newspaper offices in Yemen killed 31 journalists and media support workers, according to the outlet struck and the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ).
Speaking to Sky's Gillian Joseph, Ms Jafarnia accused the international community of "sitting idly by" as press freedoms across the world come under attack.
The offices in Sanaa were hit on 10 September by strikes carried out by the Israel Defence Forces, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists, marking the deadliest single strike on the press since 2009.
