While Lammy won't say too much about the recognition of Palestine before the expected announcement today, he does seem to say it is a step in a process and not the end-goal of the UK.
"We are working to reform the Palestinian Authority, and we have to keep two states alive for the children of both Gaza and the West Bank and East Jerusalem," says David Lammy.
