The mother of a woman killed by her boyfriend says she feels "completely betrayed" by the justice system.
25-year-old Kennedi Westcarr-Sabaroche was strangled by her boyfriend in East London in April last year.
Gogoa Lois Tape was initially charged with murder - but prosecutors then accepted a guilty plea to manslaughter, due to diminished responsibility.
