Barrister Jolyon Maugham, executive director of the Good Law Project, is speaking to Darren McCaffrey on the Politics Hub.

They discuss PPE Medpro, Baroness Michelle Mone's husband's company, being found guilty by the High Court of breaching a government contract of £122m to supply surgical gowns during COVID.

He says Labour was talked out of a proper COVID corruption inquiry by the Cabinet Office - who had administered the loan.

The Cabinet Office told Sky News the COVID inquiry was launched by the Tory government and a full statutory inquiry is ongoing.
