as posted by the channel

A British-Palestinian journalist who was detained by Israeli authorities after taking part in an attempt to sail a flotilla to Gaza has accused Israel of ignoring the Geneva Convention and breaking international law.

Kieran Andrieu told Sky News he was kept in a corrugated iron container in the Negev desert, denied drinking water, while other activists were not allowed to receive essential medications.

Israel prevented the Global Sumud Flotilla from reaching the Gaza Strip last week, detaining 471 people who were on board the vessels.
