as posted by the channel

A damning independent report into the failings by the various authorities who came into contact with Sara Sharif has said the 10-year-old should never have been placed in the care of her father and stepmother.

Sara,10, was beaten to death by her father Urfan Sharif and stepmother Beinash Batool in August 2023 having been previously attacked with a cricket bat, metal pole and iron.

She was placed into the care of her father and stepmother despite authorities knowing she was at risk of abuse.
