as posted by the channelThe Stone Roses bassist Gary "Mani" Mounfield died on 20 November at the age of 63.
The bassist joined the band in 1987 and formed part of its classic line-up alongside singer Ian Brown, guitarist John Squire and drummer Alan "Reni" Wren.
Mani played on both The Stone Roses' eponymous debut album, released in 1989, and their 1995 follow-up, Second Coming.
