Volodymyr Zelenskyy has suggested he's open to the creation of a demilitarised zone in eastern Ukraine, if it helps to bring about the end of the war with Russia.

President Zelenskyy made the comments as he set out a revised 20-point peace plan, which he says is now being considered by Russia.

It comes after three people were killed in Moscow, in the second explosion in three days, following the car bomb which killed a military commander on Monday.
