YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

A group of nurses have won their harassment case against an NHS trust after the body allowed a transgender colleague to use a female changing room.

The women had argued to the employment tribunal that allowing a biological male to use their room amounted to harassment.

The tribunal found that the decision by Darlington Memorial Hospital had the "effect of violating the dignity of the claimants and creating a hostile, intimidating, humiliating and degrading environment for them".
