YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe energy minister Martin McCluskey has been speaking to Sky's Darren McCaffery on Politics Hub.
He was asked if the prime minister had finally realised that standing up to Donald Trump may be a better strategy.
"This is a government that has always acted in the national interest - we've had a close economic and security relationship with the U.S. and we've used that in the last 18 months to deliver things".
"But when we have disagreements with the US administration, of course we are going to make that known and that's exactly what you saw the prime minister doing today," he said.
