YouTube Description
as posted by the channelKemi Badenoch has called on the government to "pause and take stock" over an invitation to join Donald Trump's Board of Peace.
It follows the foreign secretary confirming that the UK will not take part in the board's signing ceremony because of "concerns about President Putin being part of something which is talking about peace".
Badenoch tells Sky News she is "not surprised" the government is yet to sign the deal.
She adds: "What we need to do is pause, take stock and look at ourselves at what we are doing to make sure we are a strong country."
Badenoch also insists she is "completely against" being on any board with Vladimir Putin.
