Sky News correspondent Connor Gillies has spoken to a whistleblower from a hospital where infected water was linked to children dying and dozens more patients being poisoned.

The whistle-blower, a doctor, believes that fatal infections could have been avoided at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Connor also spoke to the father of Molly Cuddihy, who died aged 23 after developing septic shock while receiving cancer treatment.
