8:39Now PlayingPalestine Action co-founder Huda Ammori has hailed the High Court's verdict that the Palestine Action ban was disproportionate.
Ammori launched the legal action after then-home secretary Yvette Cooper's decision to proscribe the group, which came into force on 5 July last year.
Reacting to the victory she told Sky News: "Today is just an incredible victory not necessarily just for me but for people across Britain, across the world and within Palestine.
"We knew that this law was unjust but now the High Court has also ruled that it is also unlawful."
