The government is temporarily banning donations made using cryptocurrency, and are capping donations made by Brits living abroad at £100,000.
Asked by our deputy political editor Sam Coates whether these changes would harm Reform, Steve Reed said: "You can't have back channels through which the Kremlin can funnel millions or even billions of pounds to try and influence British elections."
