Run Britain campaigner Megan Boxall ran the entire length of the British coastline - she said depression became her reason "why".

"The dream of running the coastline of Britain lived in my mind for a long time... but I never really had a good enough reason why until I went through a period of quite difficult depression," she said.

She ran the coastline to raise money for the "Samaritans and awareness for mental health".

If you have been affected by Megan's story, contact the Samaritans - call them for free on 116 123 or visit samaritans.org.
