3:02Now PlayingA senior health official has said he is in "panic mode" after an Ebola outbreak linked to 88 suspected deaths was declared a "public health emergency of international concern" by the World Health Organisation.
Dr Jean Kaseya, the director-general of Africa CDC, told Sky News that the fatality rate is higher with this strain - known as the Bundibugyo virus - and there is currently no approved vaccine.
So far, 336 suspected Ebola cases have been recorded, mostly in the Democratic Republic of Congo, but with two in Uganda - and there are fears the outbreak could spread beyond the region.
