9:00Now PlayingTen years after the UK voted to leave the EU, the European Commission's chief Brexit negotiator says the yes vote was "a loser's game for everyone".
Michel Barnier says he doesn't think any other countries want to follow the UK's example in leaving the EU and 'the door is open' if the UK ever wants to discuss rejoining.
Mr Barnier admitted Brexit had consequences for the bloc and said "there is always progress to be made against bureaucracy - but warned that "Brussels cannot be used as a scapegoat" by people such as Nigel Farage.
