15:24Now PlayingFor four months Sky News has been investigating the bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh primary school in Minab.
It was hit on the first day of the war against Iran, killing some 156 people, including 120 schoolchildren.
It’s become the most notorious and contentious moment in the war.
But months on, the official US investigation into the tragedy has not been published – and that’s left the families of those who died desperate for answers.
With the internet locked down in Iran and travel to the country all but impossible, those answers have been hard to find.
The Sky News Data and Forensics team set about using open-source investigative techniques to find out what happened, who was responsible… and how.
This is how they did it, from tracing the identities of all the children and teachers who were killed, to working with digital research agency Forensic Architecture to create a 3D model of the school, and working out which weapons were used – and by whom.
