19:14Now Playing28 July 2026 marks 40 years since estate agent Suzy Lamplugh disappeared in West London.
The 25-year-old left her Fulham office on July 28 in 1986, to show a flat to a prospective client known only as “Mr Kipper” and was never seen again. Now, in one of Britain’s most enduring missing person cases, the Metropolitan Police say they will try to trace 30 witnesses over the next 12 months, and that although a prime suspect for her murder was identified, other people could have been involved.
Sky’s Martin Brunt explores a theory that Suzy’s body may be in a West London canal and speaks to her sisters about their hopes and remembering Suzy four decades on.
