Reform chairman Lee Anderson said an internal investigation will now be carried out into the claims.
Under electoral law, foreign companies are not allowed to fund political parties.
Reform UK denies any wrongdoing.
The resignations follow an undercover investigation by Channel 4 and a group called Verbatim.
