Billionaire hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin is openly threatening New York City over Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s proposal to tax ultra-luxury second homes, including Griffin’s obscene $238 million penthouse. In this clip from Tarabuster with Tara Devlin on Political Voices Network, Tara rips into Griffin’s tantrum and the billionaire class that thinks paying taxes is an attack.
While Griffin hints he might pull a massive Midtown project and thousands of construction jobs if he’s forced to pay more, regular New Yorkers are dealing with broken elevators, no heat, and a brutal housing crisis.
