Some want to bypass focusing on the American Jobs Plan or physical infrastructure bill in order to put increased focus on the American Families Plan or the social infrastructure bill. Or democrats could combine the two plans into a massive $4 to $6 trillion spending package. Some say democrats are already staring to shift on issues they believe will help them win the 2022 elections. Right now the best thing they have is the child tax credit increase and the monthly checks for kids. This might be their main focus which means they could opt to not do a fourth stimulus check for adults but instead brag about all the good they did for kids. Also the portal for the child tax credit monthly checks is up and running. You can update your kids, income, marital status, new babies, income, tax info, address and banking information. The IRS also releases new info about tax refunds.
