Governor Kristi Noem urges President Biden to make food prices a national security issue. She worries the days are coming when many won't be able to afford food. She said the white house needs to support more farmers and ranchers and small businesses in order to secure the food supply chain. Inflation is the top concern among 68% of Americans.
