Today I want to go over the story of Former President Donald Trumps private residence Mar -a -lago being raid by a large group of FBI agents. I want to cover what we know so far and try to lay this out without all the emotion I’m seeing on Left and Right leaning media sources. I’ll go over what we know about the raid and what we don’t know about the raid.

I don’t usually do two videos in a day don’t miss today’s earlier video because I cover some outrageous information that could affect your life and money.

So what we know about Trumps home being raid by the FBI mostly comes from Former President Trump himself from a press release he issued on his Truth Social account.

Earlier today the media spent most of the morning saying new photos have leaked of docurments and hand written notes trump had attempted to flush down the white house toilet.

Then around 6 PM EST it was learned a large group of FBI agents descended on the Trump family home with a search warrant to scour the premises.

So there was a search most likely issued from a federal judge based on enough evidence from police or a government agency that something criminal had been done. In this case a judge after seeing the evidence signed off on giving the FBI and DOJ Authority to make the raid.

The FBI waited until Trump was out of town to conduct the raid. Donald Trump and his wife Melania are in New York City at Trump tower. As of this broadcast he has not been arrested and there are no signs that he will be arrested.

We know from sources, lawyers and judges that the head of the FBI Chris Wray would have had full knowledge of this raid and signed off on it being this is the highest level raid in American history. We also know head of the Department of Justice Merrick Garland would have been fully aware of this raid and signed off on it. Its also very likely that President Joe Biden would have been aware of this high level raid.

What isn’t clear at this time is did Biden order the investigation or raid or would he just have been made aware of it since it would be so high profile so as not to be caught off guard.

As of right now we know sources are saying this is not in connection with the January 6th hearings though legal minds are saying if they find something while looking for something else, it could be used against Trump.

We also know this is not a small matter, but the FBI and DOJ as of filming have not issued a statement and many believe they won’t issue a statement for many days or weeks as they will keep information close to the vest. However, never in our countries history has a former president ever had his home raided.

Never has it appeared a sitting president might have used authority to go after a past and possibly future political opponent. So the optics look a bit confusing.

From what I am hearing and reading from sources, this seems to be about documents the national archines deem as confidential being taken from the white house. However, many in DC say that this is common among parting presidents to take or pack up items they believe are theirs but are not.

But does taking documents constitute a need for a raid on a former presidents home vs working with lawyers to secure what is requested.

We know that it appears the FBI rounded up electronic equipment, files, 15 boxes of items and even forced open the former presidents private and personal safe. There is no word on what the safe contained.

Trump has not made any other public comments but his daughter in law Laura Trump said the former president was caught off guard and very disturbed by the violation of his private residence and the lack of communication to his legal team.

Likely tomorrow there will be more details to be shared with you from both sides of the aisle.

My guess is republicans leaders will as early has tomorrow demand the head of the FBI Chris Wray and DOJ head Merrick Garland come in and testify before congress about the need for the raid.

I would also guess they will say they don’t discuss ongoing investigations and they will be unfruitful but not uneventful.

Again a former president has never had his home raided so this is either a very big show of force to get documents back, a very large criminal investigation we are unaware of or the weaponization of the justice system. Hopefully, it is not the latter as the United States is a constitutional republican, not a banana republican where force is used to silence opposing political opponents like in Russia, Cuba, Ukraine and elsewhere.
