Trump's LATEST legal NIGHTMARE explained by Alan Dershowitz!
Alan Dershowitz
President Trump froze $2.3 billion in federal funding to harvard for failing to drop DEI hiring practices and DEI admission practices and stop anti semitism on campus. Harvard President Alan Garber called the demands unconstitutional, asserting the university’s independence and First Amendment rights.
Former President Barak Obama said, Harvard set an example for other institutions by “rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom” while fostering an environment of intellectual inquiry and mutual respect.
Obama encouraged other universities to reject Trump and fight back against his demands. Trump responded by saying he might block more money to harvard and remove their tax-exempt status. Thoughts on this story.
What do you make of these lower judges continuing to try to block president Trump? Is this about obstructing a president they don’t care for or is it their honest interpretation of the law that Trump is in the wrong?
Speaker Mike Johnson said this on Fox News. "We've had a real abuse of this system, where these judges... will issue nationwide injunctions to stop President Trump's agenda. It's been abused, the statistics show it. Remember, 67% of all national injunctions over the last 100 years have been issued against one president: his name is Donald J. Trump. And 92% of those were issued by Democrat-appointed judges to the bench."
I believe the last part about 67% of national injunctions have been against Trump and 92% overseen by Democrat judges but abuse of power, do you agree or is this a top republicans opinion?
Is President Trump trolling the media and democrats when he says things like there are people that want me to have a third term?
Steve Bannon went on the Bill Maher show and said Trump will run and Trump will win.
Trump’s team removed a migrant and deported him to El Salvador. Now this man has people saying Trump messed up and shouldn’t have deported him because he has permission to be here. Trump’s team says he is connected to MS 13 gang activity which is now a terrorist organization and now Presidet BOO Kelly of El Salvador says hes not coming back and the US Supreme court has no authority over Sovereign El Salvador. Your thoughts sir.
